I’ve been helping families, investors, and homeowners achieve their real estate goals since 2006—and I love the strategy and excitement of this business! Today I lead a talented team of four Realtors, and I’m directly involved in every transaction, so my clients benefit from both my hands-on expertise and the combined strength, availability, and skill of a full team. From negotiating top dollar for listings to guiding clients into smart investments, our track record speaks for itself.
As a long-time property investor myself, I bring hands-on knowledge to every client and believe real estate should be part of every strong financial plan.
Proud to call Markham home, I’m passionate about giving back to the community that’s given me so much. I proudly support 100 Women Who Care Markham, Evergreen Hospice, and Yellow Brick House, and serve as Communications Director for the Markham Village Residents Association. I’m also on the Board of Directors at an organization close to my heart: Noah’s Clubhouse, a charity that helps with therapies children with Cerebral Palsy,

Meliza Pineda Munarriz

I have worked in the real estate industry since 2017 as an administrator, and more recently as a licensed Realtor. My experience with project management and logistics helps ensure a smooth transaction for our sellers. I’m of Peruvian decent, and I have helped dozens of Spanish-speaking families settle into new homes in the Greater Toronto Area. I have a good eye for detail which has served our buyer clients well in helping them choose suitable properties and successfully negotiate their purchases.

Fully fluent in French, I am able to help clients stay up to date with relevant real estate data, and work with them in either language.

I manage every detail — from coordinating transactions and scheduling showings to maintaining clear communication between clients, agents, and partners — to make the buying and selling process seamless and stress-free. By assisting our agents and overseeing the finer points, I help create an experience defined by trust, efficiency, and genuine care. At the Susan Taylor Real Estate Group, my goal is simple: to go above and beyond so every client feels valued, informed, and completely taken care of.

Marketing/Community Engagement Specialist
My job is to ensure that our listings get the maximum exposure through social media. I stay ahead of the curve using the latest tools and trends so that our properties are marketed extensively, and in the most eye-catching, creative ways available! STG has a large and growing number of social media followers because of the entertaining way that we present our properties, as well as our constant news updates on market stats and housing trends. We are very active in the neighbourhoods where we work! I help coordinate our community events and charitable campaigns that the team runs to help people and businesses in need.

Susan Taylor recently hosted a table at the 2023 Gala to raise money for Yellow Brick House, a York-Region based Women’s Shelter and key advocate for preventing domestic violence. The event raised over $200,000. We are proud to be supporters of this organization “You can include pictures (that I posted to socials) from the Yellow Brock House Gala.

We love Cornell! So nice being back at the annual Cornell Picnic😊🎈 yesterday. Loved seeing familiar faces and meeting new people as well! Everyone seemed to love the cotton candy at our tent and the hot air balloon rides (until it got too windy💨 ). We can’t wait to be back next year!!
Susan is proud to have been a longtime member of the Markham Chapter of 100 Women who Care. We gather four times a year, and at each meeting, we jointly select a local charity or not-for-profit organization and write a $100 cheque (per person) to that selected organization. This year on October 6th, Re/Max offices and associates around the world came together for Global Re/Max Day to support their communities by giving back. At Susan Taylor Group, we celebrated this day and honoured our own community by organizing a Food Donation Porch Pick Up from households in Markham and Stouffville, and delivering these contributions to the Markham Food Bank.
2021 Annual Client appreciation. It was so nice to get back into the theatre with clients and friends this month! We previewed Paw Patrol and Free Guy. Popcorn and laughs were had by all, and a select few were lucky winners of some serious prizes!

We’re not Nurses or Scientists. We’re just Realtors with cars, and a database of generous clients. During COVID-19 we did a porch pick up donations of food & drinks from dozens of homes and got them to the Markham Food Bank and Participation House Markham – May 2020
