Who We Are

Susan Taylor,
Realtor
Selling homes since 2006, I thrive on the game of real estate! Whether it’s negotiating the sale of your property, helping your family find your dream home, or working with you as a property investor, I look forward to exceeding your expectations.
I have a steady track record of achieving above-market selling prices for my listings. Knowing the current market inside out, being well-connected in the community, and providing exceptional customer service have all contributed to the success of my clients.
My husband and I have been real estate investors for decades so I enjoy sharing my hands-on knowledge with clients. I believe that real estate should be a part of all investment portfolios, and I have enjoyed helping many clients build the real estate component of their financial plan.
With a background in corporate communications and marketing with Fortune 500 companies, I maintain a large network of alumni! I’m active in the community as the Communications Director for the Markham Village Residents Association. Previous roles include President of the Cornell Residents Association, Secretary of the Parent/Teacher Council of my children’s school, and board member of Markham Village BIA. With this broad experience, I bring a unique blend of high quality and grass-roots ideas to my clients.

Jessica Twaddle,
Realtor
As an experienced Realtor with a strong background in customer service, I have always had a passion for helping others. Honesty and loyalty are very important to me, and I always put my clients first.
I consistently strive to exceed my client’s expectations by proactively following market trends and local activity. My clients appreciate that I am able to provide them with valuable insight and solid guidance.
In my free time I enjoy staying active at the gym, practicing yoga, reading as well as decluttering and keeping up with new home trends. I look forward to the opportunity to discuss how I can assist you with any of your real estate needs, whether you are selling a property or looking for your dream home.

Meliza Pineda Munarriz,

I have worked in the real estate industry since 2017 as an administrator, and more recently as a licensed Realtor. My experience with project management and logistics helps ensure a smooth transaction for our sellers. I’m of Peruvian decent, and I have helped dozens of Spanish-speaking families settle into new homes in the Greater Toronto Area. I have a good eye for detail which has served our buyer clients well in helping them choose suitable properties and successfully negotiate their purchases.

Neemie Seraphin,
Realtor
My extensive experience in Human Resources has given me the empathy and compassion that our clients really appreciate. Deciding what makes the “right” home is a huge process, and I’m here to help our clients pinpoint what they need, and then find it, so that they are happy with their decision for years to come. My corporate background has given me an above-average standard of customer service and communication, and I strive to exceed our clients expectations. Fully fluent in French, I am able to help clients stay up to date with relevant real estate data, and work with them in either language.

With my extensive experience and passion for design, I strive to continually push creative boundaries and stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends.

Julia Bonora,
Social Media & Events Co-ordinator
My job is to ensure that our listings get the maximum exposure through social media. I stay ahead of the curve using the latest tools and trends so that our properties are marketed extensively, and in the most eye-catching, creative ways available! STG has a large and growing number of social media followers because of the entertaining way that we present our properties, as well as our constant news updates on market stats and housing trends. We are very active in the neighbourhoods where we work! I help coordinate our community events and charitable campaigns that the team runs to help people and businesses in need.
