The Durham Region real estate market experienced a slight decline in August, with the average selling price at $819,569, down 1.77% from July and 4.81% compared to August 2025.
By property type, detached homes averaged $915,922, semi-detached homes $697,945, freehold townhomes $730,585, condo apartments $479,311, and condo townhomes $563,629. As we head into the fall market, these numbers provide a helpful look at current pricing across Durham Region and how values are shifting compared to earlier this summer and last year.
