Overall, I was very pleased with the service that Susan and her team provided while working to sell my mother’s house at 35 Eastlea Cres. Their customer service was excellent from beginning to end, and I always felt as though they were keeping me well informed of anything that was happening or going to happen, throughout the entire process from listing to the sale of the house. They were also always available when I needed more information and took the time to answer all of my questions.
My biggest fear was that the house would be on the market for a long time, and would not sell at price we would be happy with. Susan and her team were wonderful at advertising the listing, and worked hard to ensure that the viewings were being scheduled consistently. Susan and I kept in close contact about the feedback and potential buyers, and she was very helpful in explaining and keeping me informed about the current market.
The result of working with Susan and her team to sell my mother’s house was that they were very well organized and took care of all of the details so that we didn’t have too. They kept me informed and ensured my mother and I were happy with everything they did to clean, prep and stage the house, listing the house (including the list price), etc. Having the team take care of the process from beginning to end was so helpful, it allowed me more time to concentrate on moving my mother into a retirement home and I’m very grateful for that.
