My husband and I just got our first home with Meliza! She has been so amazing to work with! She was so patient with us and she was very honest and transparent and gave great advice/tips/information regarding all the places we viewed. She helped to point out things that we didn’t notice at the viewings that would help us to determine our offers- she noticed things like cracks in the walls or water damage and alerted us to them during the viewings. She booked showings for every place that we wanted to see and she researched all of the listings and provided us with great detailed notes and she was very quick to reply! Overall, I was very pleased with the service that Susan and her team provided while working to sell my mother’s house at 35 Eastlea Cres. Their customer service was excellent from beginning to end, and I always felt as though they were keeping me well informed of anything that was happening or going to happen, throughout the entire process from listing to the sale of the house. They were also always available when I needed more information and took the time to answer all of my questions.

My biggest fear was that the house would be on the market for a long time, and would not sell at price we would be happy with. Susan and her team were wonderful at advertising the listing, and worked hard to ensure that the viewings were being scheduled consistently. Susan and I kept in close contact about the feedback and potential buyers, and she was very helpful in explaining and keeping me informed about the current market.

The result of working with Susan and her team to sell my mother’s house was that they were very well organized and took care of all of the details so that we didn’t have too. They kept me informed and ensured my mother and I were happy with everything they did to clean, prep and stage the house, listing the house (including the list price), etc. Having the team take care of the process from beginning to end was so helpful, it allowed me more time to concentrate on moving my mother into a retirement home and I’m very grateful for that.

Not only did we sell our first home, but we also sold the “family” home that my husband grew up in, so this was a very personal experience for us. Susan completely understood what we were feeling, and helped us set realistic goals while empathizing with our emotional connection to the house.
