During this public health situation, all businesses have to adapt, and Real Estate is no exception. Although Real Estate is considered an Essential Service, It’s not business as usual.

Here at Susan Taylor Group, we are continuing to meet with Buyers and Sellers, but now it’s often via conference calls and video chats.

If you’re a home owner considering selling in 2020, we want to let you know that we are here to serve you. Here are alternative ways that we are working with clients during this time:

  • Home Evaluations via video conference: Using FaceTime, Zoom, WebEx, WhatsApp, or whatever method you prefer, you can give us a tour of your home and we can provide an opinion of value.
  • Marketing Consultation: Considering upgrades before selling? We can set up a video conference so we can advise on what reno’s or touchups will give you the best return. We can also present a custom marketing plan for your home.
  • Buyer Showings: We’ve always prepared virtual tour walk-thrus of our listings so that Buyers can see your home without having to be physically present. If Buyers need to visit the home, we will ask them to complete a health & safety questionnaire prior to confirming. We also provide sanitization tools and services.

    Of course, we are here to serve our Buyer Clients too. If a Buyer is not comfortable or unable to leave their home to see a property, we will happily visit the property ourselves and conference them in for a live-walk-through.

  • Electronic Signatures: We have always use electronic signature programs for the convenience of our Clients. Contracts can be reviewed via conference call and signed from your phone, tablet, or computer.
